T-98 Kombat is a wheeled armoured vehicle built by Kombat Armouring, a subsidiary of Laura Group, in St. Petersburg, Russia.
The Kombat are built in two basic versions:
-The VIP version,
-The Utility version, for special operation missions.
VIP Combats are equipped with many luxury options such as, natural leather and wood in the interior, satellite navigation, flat-screen television, DVD player, and climate control, on top of being bullet-proof, resistant to hand grenades and anti-personnel mines, and able to withstand anti-tank weapons (Hi.Pro.S Armour Package).
It is driven by an 8.1L 340bhp V8, which gives the T-98 a top speed of 111mph (178km/h), making it the fastest all-terrain armoured vehicle in the world. It is equipped with Allison transmission and General Motors heavy duty suspensions, running gear, and electronics.
Prices start from US$138,000 for the base level to US$247,000 for the top-of-the-line version. In terms of production, most are VIP versions sold to:

-USA.
